Refund policy


Currently, we only accept returns on defective merchandise. This means that returns are not accepted if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. Please review your cart before payment to be sure of your selections.

In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, you must contact us within 30 days of the date on the order receipt. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

We will work with you until we reach a satisfactory resolution. If your item is determined to be defective, we will reimburse you 100% of the item cost.

To help us get back to you as quickly as possible, please follow these guidelines when contacting us by email:

  • include your order number in the subject line
  • include your name, email on the order, and order number in the message
  • describe your situation in detail
  • provide a clear photo showing the issue

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a product is missing from your order, we will ship it to you as soon as possible. If the missing item is not currently in stock, a refund will be initiated (for product value) to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective and eligible as a return, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method. You should then make a separate purchase for the new, replacement item.

 

Refunds

Art Journal Junction is not responsible for the cost of return postage on defective products.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@artjournaljunction.com
