Certain items in our store (such as machines) are marked as oversized and an additional freight surcharge will be added to your order due to the size or weight of the item. Additional freight charges will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

Shipping Delivery Estimates

We do our best to process orders within 7 days. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We strive to get your items out the door as quickly as possible. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Tracking Info

We currently only ship within the United States of America and its territories. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship parcels to you. You will receive a tracking number for your purchase. Because we are shipping items of many sizes and weights, you may receive multiple packages for one order.

We cannot guarantee that tracking information will be updated regularly on the USPS, UPS, or FedEx websites.

Art Journal Junction LLC is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by USPS, UPS, or FedEx (or their shipping partners) once the parcel has left our warehouse.

If the tracking number states your order was delivered but you say you haven’t received it yet, we cannot take responsibility to cover the cost of reshipping or refund the order.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. Please reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."

Pre-Order or Reserve Shipping

Orders which include a pre-ordered (or reserved) product will be held until all products are in stock and can ship together. If you would like in-stock items to ship now, please place pre-order product on a separate order. Standard shipping rates will apply to each order.
